Welcome Back Information
The first two days back to school will be staggered entry welcome back days.
First Day of Classes for Grade 10 Students: Monday, August 30 (Day 2)
First Day of Classes for Grade 11 & 12 Students: Tuesday, August 31 (Day 2)
On these days students will attend classes, get lockers (please bring a combination lock), have their school photo taken and receive their textbooks.
All students will attend on Wednesday, September 1 (Day 1)
School fees for 2021/22 will be available to be paid through the PowerSchool Parent Portal by Friday, August 27. Please note that students will not receive their textbooks if fees are not paid prior to the first day of school.
Student timetables will be available to view of the student and/or parent portal of PowerSchool around the third week in August.
Summer School: Students who require a timetable change related to Summer School classes can call 780-929-1340 on August 23 to make an appointment for August 24 or August 25. PLEASE NOTE: Verify your timetable prior to making an appointment to ensure a change is required. If Student Services was aware of a summer school course enrollment, the course change may already have been completed.
General Timetable Changes: Students who wish to request a timetable change not related to summer school can pick up a Timetable Change Request Form which will be available to be picked up from the front of the school starting on August 24. The form can be returned anytime that week and will be dealt with on the staggered entry day for their grade.
