Monthly Important Dates

Important Update: Temporary Change to Textbook & Novel Study Returns

Please note: Due to scheduling changes this term, we are temporarily adjusting our textbook and novel study return process. Students may hold onto their personal reading library books during this process.

Please follow these key dates to ensure your materials are returned on time:

  • In-Class Returns (Jan 21 – Jan 27): Teachers will inform students in advance of their specific scheduled return day. All outstanding novels and textbooks must be submitted by the end of class on January 27. If a student is absent on their scheduled in-class return date, they may return their materials individually to the library during regular school hours.
  • Final Deadline: Any materials not received by January 27 will be marked as "Lost," and a replacement fee will be added to your Rycor account.
  • Overdue Window: The school will be open on January 28 and 29 for any final overdue returns.

Email Notification Schedule To help families track outstanding items, we will be sending digital reminders to both parents and students starting on January 19. Final notices will be sent January 29.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at 780-929-6282 or by email at [email protected]
