Harmain Razvi

Congratulations to Harmain Rizvi, the Chantal Berube Memorial Fund Youth of the Month! More information can be found on the Beaumont News webpage here.

Our Grade 10 and 11 students recently traded the classroom for the University of Alberta to participate in SHAD Futures Day. This immersive, full-day event offered a deep dive into future career pathways through hands-on workshops and seminars led by experts from the U of A, MacEwan University, and industry leaders. From exploring cutting-edge academic fields to testing their skills in collaborative challenges, our students spent the day imagining new possibilities and seeing their personal strengths in a whole new light. It was an inspiring look at the world of opportunities waiting for them after graduation!

Pink Shirt Day was a wonderful event, but kindness is a practice. The energy and awareness we created doesn't stop here. The beautiful notes on our wall are a daily reminder that the power to change our community for the better is in our hands—and our words. Thank you to everyone who made this day a success: from the organizers who made it happen, to the students who wore pink, and every single person who took the time to write a kind note. We look forward to seeing this tidal wave of positivity continue to grow for the rest of the year.
