School Council & PAA AGM

The Annual General Meeting for the School Council and Parent Advisory Association will be held at the school on September 17, 2025 at 6:30 pm. All are welcome to attend. Click here for more information.

Click here for information on Study Guides and other academic materials for purchase. This would provide a simple way for parents and students to access valuable study materials for use at home.


Student Enrollment Verification Forms

The Student Enrollment Verification Form is due September 30, 2025. Please navigate to the PowerSchool Parent Portal. On the Navigation Pane on the left, scroll to the bottom and click on School Enrollment Verification. Please refer to the email from Tuesday, September 2 for detailed information on how to complete and troubleshoot the form. This form must be completed annually to update contact information, allow students to leave campus with teachers, supply emergency contact information and update medical information.


NAIT Programs

Any students interested in learning more about NAIT programs can come to a lunch and learn session on Thursday in room 124! A NAIT student recruiter will be there with tons of info and will be answering questions.

Overpayments on Powerschool

If your child has an overpayment on their PowerSchool account at another school, please click this link and follow the instructions to transfer the credit to ÉSBCHS.


Dual Credit Opportunities

Black Gold School Division (BGSD) offers a Dual Credit Program, which provides opportunities for high school students to earn college or university credits and high school credits by completing courses with a post-secondary institution. Click here for more information


Voluntary Student Accident Insurance

The Division's insurance partner, StudyInsured, has Voluntary Student Accident Insurance that is optional for parents to purchase. Please see the website below for further details on the types of plans parents may purchase and the types of coverage available.

PLEASE NOTE: This coverage is completely voluntary and is meant for parents to purchase and is separate from the Blanket Student Accident insurance plan held by the Division, which covers students during the school day and while travelling to and from school and for school-sponsored activities.
