Grad Commencement Ceremony Ticket Request - Save the Date
Good afternoon Parents and Guardians of the Class of 2026,
We are writing to inform you that a limited number of tickets remain available for both the A – L and M – Z Commencement Ceremonies.
To ensure a fair distribution, we will be using an online request process using Google Forms. Please review the following details regarding the release and distribution of these remaining seats:
Ticket Request Process
- Form Opening: The request link will go live on Wednesday, April 29, at 6:00 PM.
- Reminder: A reminder email containing the link will be sent the day prior.
- Selection Criteria: Tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Important Considerations
- Availability: Please note that completing the Google Form does not guarantee the receipt of additional tickets.
- Confirmation: Once the ceremonies reach capacity, we will notify you via email regarding whether or not we were able to fulfill your request.
Distribution Requirements
Tickets will be distributed to students along with their graduation gown, cap, and stole during the mandatory meeting on May 28. Please be advised that all outstanding school fees must be paid in full before any tickets can be released to the student.
