Our records indicate that we do not have a completed Student Enrollment Verification form for Emmanuel Ndala in Grade 10.
It is imperative that this information is updated to finalize your child’s enrolment for the 2022/23 school year and to ensure your child’s ability to participate in many class activities including all off campus lessons.
To complete this form please login to your PowerSchool Parent portal at https://powerschool.blackgold.ca (this feature is not available in the PowerSchool app). From the main page please select the Student Enrollment Verification icon on the left hand side of the page (see sample image below). Do NOT go into Student Fees and Forms.
You will be asked to provide your child’s birthdate to confirm you are completing the form for the correct child. Please read over each section carefully to ensure all the information is correct. Update any outdated information such as telephone numbers, addresses, emergency contact information, etc. There is a final review screen that will show you if you missed completing a required field. Click on the link to that page and complete any missing information. Once the form has been submitted correctly, you will be taken to a new page saying the form is complete. You will only need to upload documents (eg. birth certificates, verification of residency) if there have been changes.

1. What if I do not have a Parent Portal Account? Please contact your school for instructions.
2. I’m having trouble completing the form? Please contact your school for help.
3. What if I do not have access to a computer? Please contact your school for help.
4. Will both parents need to fill out the Student Enrollment Verification Form? No. The form need only be completed by one parent. Whoever starts it must complete it.
5. Can I use my phone to fill out the form? Yes. However, you must use an Internet browser to fill in the form. It’s important to choose the desktop version. Parents must not use the PowerSchool App.
6. What if I make a mistake BEFORE submitting the form? If you would like to make a change, click on the “Previous” button at the bottom of the screen to return to a previous page.
7. I’ve completed the form, now what? When you have finished entering your information, click “Submit.” This will send all the information you’ve entered to your school. If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions. Questions that you have forgotten to answer will be indicated by a red required label beside them, click the red number to be brought to the question you need to answer.
8. What if I need to make a change AFTER submitting the form? If you would like to make a change after you have submitted the form, please contact your school.
9. What if I have more than one student in the Division? You will need to do this for each of your registered children because you will need to provide information that is specific for each child. Please return to https://powerschool.blackgold.ca/public to complete the form for each child.
10. What if I completed a 2022/2023 New Student Registration Form? If you are new to the Division and completed the 2022/2023 New Student Registration Form, we ask that you also complete the 2022-2023 Verification Form to ensure your school has the most up to date contact information for the new school year.
11. Why do I need to complete my child’s medical information again? It is important that the Division and your school has the most up to date medical information for your child each year. Please complete this section even if nothing has changed since the last school year.
12. When is this due? The due date for submission was September 30th, 2022
