Beaumont Students

What is the Registration Process for a Beaumont Student (returning or feeder school student)?

Students who attended ESBCHS or one of the three Beaumont feeder schools in the previous school year are considered returning or Beaumont students. The designated feeder schools for ESBCHS are: Ecole Champs Vallee School, Ecole Dansereau Meadows School and Ecole J.E. Lapointe School. If your child attended Ecole Mother d’Youville School in Beaumont, they must be registered as a new student. Click here to register as a new student.

Parents of Beaumont or returning students do not complete a new student registration form. Parents will be required to complete the Student Enrolment Verification Form through their PowerSchool Parent Portal in the fall. The returning student registration portal opens in mid-August and the form must be completed by September 30 of the current school year.

Course Selections

All course selections for students entering Grade 10, 11 or 12 will be completed online. Please click on the grade level links below to access additional information.

Grade 9 students in our designated Beaumont feeder schools will receive information in late March about the course selection process for Grade 10. Grade 9 students coming into Grade 10 will be assisted by ESBCHS personnel at their own school to enter their course selections via the online portal. Please click on the Grade 10 link below for more information.

Students currently in Grades 10 and 11 at ESBCHS will receive information in early April regarding their course selection processes which will include important timelines. Students in Grade 10 going into 11 and Grade 11 going into 12 will complete their online registration at their convenience when their grade-level portal is open but assistance will be available at school each day the portal is open for any student who has questions or wants help entering their course selections.

Any inquires relating to the course selection process can be emailed to [email protected]. This email account is monitored outside of school hours on each of the designated registration days to offer live assistance to parents and students during the online registration process. Students can book an appointment in Student Services to speak with their counsellor if they would like guidance on which courses or streams to choose, information on high school diploma criteria or post-secondary entrance requirements.

Students who wish to upgrade with a second year of Grade 12 must make their request to an administrator and, if approved, would register at a later date.
